How does the Pay As You Go plan work?
You simply purchase registration credits beforehand and as new patients are registered at your facility you are charged 1 credit per patient. Patients can visit an unlimited number of times and your hospital will always get full access to the Helium platform.
Is there a renewal fee on the Pay As a You Go plan?
Yes. Once 365 days have elapsed since the patient was registered, the next time the patient comes in for treatment there will be a small fee to reactivate their patient file for an additional 365 days. You will not be charged for patients that do not receive treatment.
What happens when we need help?
Our support team is available 24/7 via e-mail or phone to help resolve all issues remotely. Alternatively, if you ever need our dedicated support specialists to be physically present with you for training or other purposes, we charge a small fee per day.
What’s the minimum number of registration credits I can buy?
100 credits. You can also pay for registration credits via debit or credit cards, bank transfers, check, etc.
Are there any other fees I should know about?
Not at all. There are no additional or hidden fees for using any feature on Helium.
How much does the enterprise model cost?
We will perform a preliminary assessment of your facility and determine the price based on various factors such as size, complexity, location etc.
